Work History
The following is a listing of my professional experiences. Each of these roles in the digital realm was unique and they all contributed to both my personal and professional development. I’ve also been involved in several side projects which have helped me progress along the way.
May 2021 - present
GRAPHICSÂ LEAD

As Graphics Department Lead I manage a team of skilled production application professionals to achieve a high quality product from the time it enters our area through to the finished project. I have trained individuals to have the skills required for this environment. I maintain a stock of inventory. I have the ability to organize, prioritized and coordinate multiple work activities to meet critical deadlines as well as working independently. I have a strong work ethic with an enthusiastic, positive attitude and the highest level of integrity.
We build channel letters they are customizable letters, often found on storefronts, strip malls, public buildings and offices. We do window graphics that promote new products and sales, improve workplace productivity and morale, entertain and inform customers, or enhance your home environment. I run large format printers using a Roland VG-640, Roland VFG-640 and HP 550 Flat bed. We make Backlit Signs for building exteriors, windows, rooftops. Indoor signs such as directional and safety signs, wall graphics and murals. ect.. the list goes on.

As a sign maker, I designed concepts for vinyl application. I used graphtec and corresponding applications for cutting vinyl. I learned how to make it application ready using weeding and masking techniques; then lay vinyl on rigid and soft materials for signs large and small. Panaflex signs as large as 20' x 40' to small tenant signs of various sizes. Door vinyls, stickers, window vinyls and vehicle graphics.

As an integral cross-functional team member, I pitched visuals and concepts that became advertising campaigns and standards for the company. I established, implemented and evolved creative practices with various teams to maintain brand guidelines and managed a library of visual elements that promoted the brand. In addition, I established cooperative and constructive working relationships to elevate the quality of all of our creative elements.

I created new art expanding their collection for retail shops around the country. Trained new employees on the process of screen printing and separation. Collaborated with Sales persons to create designs for customers.
Created and maintained entire look for branding and marketing of the company.
